Hello! My name is Iryna, and I am more than happy to be your photographer!

My journey began in orphanage camps, where I volunteered. Moved by the children’s stories, I naturally reached for my camera. That was when I realized the true power of photography: not just capturing moments, but giving a voice to those who are often unheard. I learned to capture fleeting, genuine emotions that spoke of hope, strength, and longing. Through my lens, I aimed to honor the lives and experiences of these children.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been photographing the children. Seeing their pure joy is incredibly touching. Their innocence and honesty remind me of the beauty in life’s small moments. When I showed them the photos, I saw their faces light up with excitement, as if they discovered a new version of themselves—a moment frozen in time, showing their uniqueness and potential.

Studying to become a social worker gave me a deeper understanding of people and society. It strengthened my empathy and changed the way I approach photography. I learned that photography is not just about pretty pictures—it’s about telling stories, raising awareness, and helping others understand the world through someone else’s eyes.
